PDF licenses
A PDF license unlocks the final print-ready PDF for the specific project/export version purchased.
Because digital files can be downloaded immediately, PDF license purchases are generally final once the file is unlocked.
Printed books
Printed photo books are custom-made for you and normally cannot be returned or refunded because of preference changes, spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, cropping choices, or incorrect shipping details supplied at checkout.
Please preview carefully before paying.
Defects and production problems
If a printed book arrives damaged, defective, or materially different because of a production issue, contact support with photos and order details as soon as possible.
When a defect is confirmed, we will work toward a reasonable fix, replacement, or refund depending on the situation and print-provider rules.
User content responsibility
You are responsible for confirming that you own or have permission to use all photos, text, stickers, logos, and other content in your book.
Orders may be refused or canceled if content appears unlawful, infringing, abusive, or unsafe.
